Commercial Property Solicitor – Bath
Growing commercial property team in Bath are seeking a commercial property solicitor to join them at an exciting time. Due to an influx of work, this commercial property team are going from strength to strength.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied commercial property caseload of sales, purchases, leases, pension properties, investment, landlord & tenant and some residential/mixed use.
- Along with managing your own caseload, you’ll be assisting senior members of the commercial property team on large and complex matters.
- Building new and existing relationships through networking and business development incentives.
- Working across teams to make sure that you are giving the best client experience.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with atleast 2 PQE.
- Solid understanding of commercial property and be able to demonstrate experience of managing a varied caseload.
- Be able to show connections and a commercial understanding of the local area.
- Demonstrable client care skills.
