We are looking for a junior Corporate Solicitor to join our client’s top team in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant national law firm and advance your career in corporate law.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be responsible for assisting and collaborating with senior solicitors and Partners on complex corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate restructurings. This includes providing legal advice on company law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will be drafting and reviewing corporate documentation and contracts, conducting legal research and analysis on corporate matters, as well as building and maintaining client relationships and managing client expectations.
We are looking for a qualified solicitor with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience and you should have a strong understanding of company law, corporate transactions, and commercial contracts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
